Potom dejte va\u0159it na p\u011bt minut. N\u00e1sledn\u011b vodu odlijte a napus\u0165te k masu \u010distou studenou, tak aby byla asi dva prsty nad masem. Hrnec \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b p\u0159iklopte poklic\u00ed a va\u0159te po dobu p\u011bti hodin na co nejm\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm plameni.<br>B\u011bhem va\u0159en\u00ed pomoc\u00ed nab\u011bra\u010dky sb\u00edrejte z hladiny vzniklou p\u011bnu. Dv\u011b hodiny p\u0159ed ukon\u010den\u00edm va\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdvar ochu\u0165te sol\u00ed. Hodinu p\u0159ed ukon\u010den\u00edm varu vlo\u017ete tak\u00e9 mrkev, cibuli a bobkov\u00fd list.<br>Kdy\u017e se maso uva\u0159\u00ed, vyndejte ho z hrnce, v\u00fdvar dochu\u0165te prolisovan\u00fdmi strou\u017eky \u010desneku a maso natrhejte na men\u0161\u00ed kousky a vlo\u017ete tak\u00e9 do v\u00fdvaru. Mrkev a cibuli nakr\u00e1jejte na men\u0161\u00ed kousky a vra\u0165te zp\u011bt do tekutiny.<br>K ruce si pak vezm\u011bte hlub\u0161\u00ed zap\u00e9kac\u00ed misku a v\u00fdvar s masem a zeleninou do n\u00ed vlijte a\u017e po okraj. Nechte p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b vychladnout a pot\u00e9 vlo\u017ete ke ztuhnut\u00ed do chladni\u010dky.
